Job Description:

L3Harris Broadband Communication Systems sector is currently seeking a Lead Program Management to join our team. This position will be based at our Salt Lake City UT facility. This person will contribute to the companys success by providing on sight guidance and oversight to our portfolio of IRAD programs. This Lead Program Management will lead multi-functional teams in program execution financial management risk & opportunity management proposal and production execution.

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement program strategies plans and objectives that align with the organizations goals.
Lead and mentor project managers and teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Manage program budgets ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial objectives are met.
Monitor and report on program performance providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate program risks implementing solutions to overcome obstacles and challenges.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners vendors and consultants.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations industry standards and organizational policies.
Drive continuous improvement within the program leveraging best practices and lessons learned from project execution.
Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to assess outcomes and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree with 9 years prior experience Graduate Degree with 7 years prior lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with IRAD or product development
Experience with communications products/equipment
Experience with project management
