About this role

Were looking for a Founding Engineer to be a full-stack builder working on scalable systems that test and evaluate conversational AI. This is a high-ownership role where youll design infrastructure build features end-to-end and work directly with customers to refine and deploy the product in real-world environments.

What youll do

Architect and develop systems to simulate analyze and evaluate conversational AI agents (voice multimodal).
Design resilient scalable infrastructure with AWS (Lambda EC2 Websockets SIP) to handle thousands of real-time conversations.
Build algorithms and pipelines that surface insights detect failure modes and ensure AI agents are safe reliable and aligned with human intent.
Work directly with customers to deploy refine and test product features in production.
Take ownership of features from conception to deployment maintaining clean maintainable systems.
