Founding Engineer

About this role
Were looking for a Founding Engineer to be a full-stack builder working on scalable systems that test and evaluate conversational AI. This is a high-ownership role where youll design infrastructure build features end-to-end and work directly with customers to refine and deploy the product in real-world environments.
What youll do
- Architect and develop systems to simulate analyze and evaluate conversational AI agents (voice multimodal).
- Design resilient scalable infrastructure with AWS (Lambda EC2 Websockets SIP) to handle thousands of real-time conversations.
- Build algorithms and pipelines that surface insights detect failure modes and ensure AI agents are safe reliable and aligned with human intent.
- Work directly with customers to deploy refine and test product features in production.
- Take ownership of features from conception to deployment maintaining clean maintainable systems.
