How You Will Make Contributions That Matter...
The Staff Accountant under general direction is responsible for month-end close activities account reconciliations and internal reporting schedules. The Staff Accountant ensures appropriate controls and compliance processes are followed.
Performs month end close process including journal entries account reconciliations and trending analysis in a timely manner to ensure accuracy
Prepare daily cash forecast with details of expected cash flow.
Monitor and reconcile multiple cash accounts and perform daily cash journal entries as needed.
Cross departmental exposure and projects with Finance and Operations departments
Analyze actual departmental expenses against budgeted values and work with department heads to make corrections when needed.
Interacts with external and internal auditors and corporate office and responds to their inquiries
Identifies researches and implements process improvements and automation opportunities
Any special projects and additional duties as assigned by management
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience skills and qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Accounting CPA candidate a plus
Experience 1 to 3 years of accounting experience (Public accounting and SAP experience a plus)
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) balance sheet and income statement methods internal controls and other areas related to financial reporting requirements
Proven ability to systematically enhance processes and drive improvements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Energetic quick learner who is driven to produce a high-quality product
Ability to analyze research and solve problems
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments management levels within the company and external stakeholders
Skill in organization prioritization and attention to detail

SalaryRange: $60135 to$78930
Salary offers will vary commensurate withexperience education skills and training.
