About the Role

Were looking for a talented fresh-thinking Mid-weight Designer with great taste great hustle and exciting imagination. Someone whos comfortable challenging mediocrity and sweats every small detail of design and execution.

Youll report directly to the Creative Director and work closely alongside various departments throughout Clutch. This is an on-site role.

We are looking for a generalist who will work on anything from digital campaigns and branding to product interfaces and marketing collateral.

  • Design digital assets including web pages social media campaigns emails presentations documents and product UI elements.
  • Help with concept visuals storyboards and creative pitches.
  • Design across multiple formats: digital print web and photography.
  • Contribute to brand development ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Present your work with clarity and conviction.
  • Juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Explore Ai tools and applications to increase efficiency and push creative limits.
  • Help expand and deliver the Clutch brand with consistency and craft.

Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • A solid understanding of typography layout and branding principles.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms including responsive design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • 3D graphic design experience (Cinema 4D or Blender)
  • Bonus:
    • Motion design or basic animation skills (bonus point).
    • Illustration skills or unique creative specialties
