UIUX Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that delight users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and UX problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development processes.
