Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that delight users.
Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and UX problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development processes.
