Deine Mission
Als Event Manager (m/w/d) im Marketing-Team planst organisierst und betreust du unsere Messeauftritte und Veranstaltungen mit Schwerpunkt Europa. Du vernetzt Live-Events mit digitalen Marketingmaßnahmen und trägst dazu bei unsere Markenwelt international erlebbar zu machen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Eventplanung & Umsetzung: Von der Idee bis zur Nachbereitung übernimmst du die Konzeption Organisation und Durchführung unserer Messeauftritte und Veranstaltungen
- Projektmanagement: Du steuerst Budgets Zeitpläne Dienstleister Logistik und Standbau und behältst dabei den Überblick
- On-Site Betreuung: Du bist regelmäßig in Deutschland vor Ort und begleitest gelegentlich internationale Veranstaltungen
- Globale Zusammenarbeit: Du koordinierst weltweite Events in enger Abstimmung mit lokalen Teams und Partnern
- Digitale Verzahnung: Du arbeitest mit dem Digital Marketing zusammen um Events auch online sichtbar zu machen über Landingpages Newsletter Social Media und Leadgenerierung
- Erfolgsmessung: Du wertest KPIs aus und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Event- oder Messemanagement idealerweise im B2B-/Technologieumfeld
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement Marketing Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Messen/Events sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Kenntnisse in Mediaplanung und digitalem Marketing (Social Media E-Mail-Marketing Marketing Automation)
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch Organisationstalent und Teamplayer-Mentalität
- Pluspunkt: Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten oder im Umfeld von Automotive Aerospace oder High-Tech-Branchen

Your mission
As an Event Manager (m/f/d) in the marketing team you will plan organize and supervise our trade fair appearances and eventswith a focus on Europe. You will link live events with digital marketing measures and help to bring our brand world to life internationally.
Your responsibilities
- Event planning & implementation: From the initial idea to the follow-up you will be responsible for the conception organization and implementation of our trade fair appearances and events
- Project management: You will manage budgets schedules service providers logistics and stand constructionwhile maintaining an overview of the entire process.
- On-site support: You will be regularly on site in Germany and occasionally accompany international events
- Global collaboration: You will coordinate worldwide events in close cooperation with local teams and partners
- Digital integration: You will work with Digital Marketing to make events visible online via landing pages newsletters social media and lead generation
- Measuring success: You will evaluate KPIs and derive measures for optimization
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in event or trade fair management ideally in the B2B/technology sector
- Degree in event management marketing communication or comparable qualification
- Experience in planning and implementing trade fairs/events and in managing external service providers
- Knowledge of media planning and digital marketing (social media email marketing marketing automation)
- Strong communication skills in German and English organizational talent and a team player mentality
- Bonus: Experience in international projects or in the automotive aerospace or high-tech industries
