Resident Construction Manager
- Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning through completion.
- Coordination: Work with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project components are aligned.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets approve expenditures and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
- Timeline Management: Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.
- Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard.
