当領域における部門長に直接および勤務地のエリア長に間接的にレポートいただくポジションです

業務内容はポイントオブケア超音波診断装置とその保守などのサービスにおける臨床的技術的なエキスパートとして担当エリアの販売促進をリードします
製品の説明ソリューションのご提案を実施するだけでなく弊社がお客様に提供できる価値をエリア営業担当とともにしっかりとお伝えいただくことが期待されています
その他お客様やパートナー企業様との中長期的な関係構築も重要な役割です配属エリアにおけるビジネスの成長のために販売及びマーケティング戦略の立案および実行のリーダーとなっていただきます

Description

１担当エリアにおけるPoC製品の売上目標達成に向けた戦略立案と販促活動

主なターゲット診療科(救急科麻酔科整形外科皮膚科透析等)

エリア営業/販売店(ディーラー)への定期的な製品トレーニングと競合戦術指南

見込み顧客への装置デモンストレーション実施

エリアセミナーやDirect Mail等のプロモーション企画と実行をリード

２エリア内での重要顧客との中長期的な関係構築ショーサイトの立ち上げ

３装置納品時の初期取扱い説明既存ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応

４顧客ニーズ競合上のニーズを本社/開発へフィードバック

Must Have

• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 医療業界における販売もしくは臨床業務経験3年以上(営業/マーケティング/アプリ/病院勤務等)
• 顧客対応におけるコミュニケーション/プレゼンテーションスキル
• 課題の発見と解決まで自発的にチームを導くリーダーシップ

Nice to Have

• 超音波診断装置の販売経験
• ベーシックレベルの英語の読み書き
• チームリーダー業務の経験
