Job Description: UiPath RPA Technical Lead

Position: RPA Technical Lead (UiPath)
Location: Gurgaon Haryana India
Department: IT / RPA

Role Overview:

The UiPath RPA Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role will focus on analyzing business processes identifying automation opportunities and managing the end-to-end development lifecycle. The Technical Lead will also provide technical leadership mentorship to junior developers and ensure that RPA solutions are scalable efficient and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. RPA Development & Implementation:
   • Lead the design development testing and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
   • Conduct process assessments to identify automation potential.
   • Manage the complete RPA lifecycle from conception to deployment ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
2. Technical Leadership:
   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of RPA developers.
   • Establish best practices coding standards and guidelines for RPA development.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues during development and post-deployment.
3. Solution Architecture & Design:
   • Design scalable and robust RPA solutions that integrate with existing systems and tools.
   • Ensure that RPA designs meet enterprise architecture standards security policies and compliance requirements.
   • Optimize and refine existing RPA processes for better performance and reliability.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business process owners IT and quality assurance teams.
   • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate RPA benefits capabilities and progress on automation initiatives.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in RPA UiPath and automation technologies.
   • Continuously identify areas for improvement within automation frameworks and processes.
   • Ensure that automation solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and technological advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on automation and RPA.
  • 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
  • Proven experience leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.
• Technical Skills:
  • UiPath projects using ReFramework & Orchestrator Queue.
  • Expertise in UiPath Studio Orchestrator and other UiPath components.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C# Python Java.
  • Experience with SQL databases web services (REST) and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell VBA etc.) and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in creating reusable automation frameworks and libraries & Custom Activity.
  • Understanding of Agile DevOps CI-CD WRT to RPA (Azure).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams and projects.
• Optional Skills:
  • Understanding of ERP Applications (SAP Oracle Apps etc.) IT Ticketing applications (ServiceNow Remedy etc.) Financial processes (R2R O2C P2P etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA solutions.
