This position is located in Trubmull County Cortland OH.
Provides front-line customer service clerical technical fiscal and budget support for the Trumbull County Extension Office in Cortland OH. Serves as primary point of contact with customers internal and external to the university such as receiving and responding to inquiries; researches information relative to programs and services offered; maintains and coordinates appointments program and staff calendars and meetings; plans and works with staff to oversees arrangements for special events programs and events. Operates computers to produce routine to complex or technical documents such as reports letters and forms; drafts and modifies correspondence; produces documents for mass mailings; produce slides newsletters and presentations with content provided by staff; Creates modifies and maintains web sites; Gives input and posts approved content on social media; Maintains electronic and manual record keeping and inventory systems; Provide clerical and technical support for organizational management of county membership/volunteer programs. Researches copies and updates files; organizes and distributes filed information; Completes approves and processes forms based on established parameters and processes including travel purchasing and other fiscal matters; maintains and monitors fund information for compliance to budget parameters; notifies manager of areas of concern; and generates summary information and status reports throughout fiscal year. The Office Associate makes decisions pertaining to office procedures and process improvement based on established policies and procedures of The Ohio State University.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $15.86 - $20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity units available budget and the candidates qualifications.
