Job Summary
What you will accomplish together with us - Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Supervises In-Process Auditors in the BT areas.
Compiles and statistically evaluates data.
Issues and distributes reports as necessary.
Performs Annual performance evaluations of subordinates.
Maintain absenteeism reports.
Schedules plans and coordinates the necessary tasks to accomplish company goals.
Trains new and existing personnel.
Assures compliance with all regulatory standards and regulations.
Initiates disciplinary actions when deemed necessary.
Initiates suggests and/or submits changes to procedures as necessary.
Investigate nonconformities take actions and record results.
Maintains the Non-Conforming Program for BT Facilities.
Supports the Technical & Process Improvement Department in Scrap evaluation special studies and validations.
Enforces company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
Recommends employees recognitions and rewards.
Assists the QA Manager and performs additional duties as assigned.
What will convince us - Qualification & Skills:
Bachelors degree in science Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of related work experience required
Complete understanding of Quality Practices and safe practices and procedures
Understanding of government regulations
Good leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills analytical critical thinking short to long-term planning analytical and organizational skills required
Ability to read write and speak fluent English
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
Proficient computer skills
