Work in the Workplace technology team as a support technician. Provide helpdesk support through multiple helpdesk tools.
What does this role do
- Triage help desk ticket
- Level 1 Helpdesk support
- Ensure the SLA about the ticket system are met
- Create the process to install uninstall hardware and software
- Create and improve documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in establishing and developing processes
- Participate in many IT related projects
What is required for this role
- Ongoing education in IT related field
- Physically able to move items
- Ability to travel to different locations around GTA
