Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Informatica IDMC platform including upgrades patches and performance tuning.

Monitor and manage IDMC agents and their associated VMs across cloud and on-prem environments.

Ensure high availability and reliability of the platform for development testing and production environments.

Col-laborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and optimal con-figuration.

Provide production support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

Docu-ment platform configurations procedures and support runbooks.

We are seeking a skilled Informatica IDMC Platform Support Specialist to join our Data Governance program.

This role is focused on maintaining and supporting the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform including its agents and associated virtual machines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platform-level administration and support rather than business rule configuration.
