About the role
As the Consultant Leadership and Organisational Development youll play a key role in delivering impactful programs and projects that bring Deakins People Strategy to life.
We design and deliver leadership and organisational development experiences that strengthen Deakins culture capability people experience and performance. From skill-based programs to immersive development for leadership cohorts and executive coaching we enable leaders and team members to grow lead with purpose and shape a positive and future-focused workforce.
