We are looking for:
Sales and Solution Manager Microsoft 365 (E3) & Copilot AI
Your future role:
- Architect design and support implementation of AI-driven Microsoft solutions headed by Microsoft Copilot (M365 D365 Business Chat) and Microsoft 365 for external enterprise clients
- Lead migrations from on-premises environments (SharePoint Exchange Server) to Microsoft 365 cloud (E3/E5) ensuring robust architecture and seamless integration
- Ensure compliance and data security throughout migration and AI solution deployment
- Identify design and implement business scenarios leveraging Copilot and AI capabilities to drive measurable business value
- Conduct Vision & Value and Business Value Assessment (BVA) workshops demonstrating solution value and ROI to clients
- Collaborate with Microsoft experts and interdisciplinary PwC teams to deliver integrated secure AI solutions
- Present and facilitate workshops for clients representing PwC Polska in partnership with Microsoft
- Participate in pre-sales meetings technical solution selling and proposal development for AI and Copilot solutions
- Work closely with Cybersecurity Data Governance and Change Management teams to ensure holistic solution delivery
- Calculate ROI and TCO for AI/Copilot projects supporting clients in making informed investment decisions.
Apply if you have:
- Proven engineering experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions (SharePoint Online Exchange Online Teams Copilot Dynamics 365 Business Chat)
- Hands-on expertise in cloud migrations (SharePoint on-prem Online Exchange Server Online) using SPMT ShareGate PowerShell Hybrid Wizard FastTrack
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 architecture Teams integrations and security/compliance processes
- Knowledge of Copilot architecture (M365 D365 Business Chat) and prompt engineering
- Experience in technical solution selling pre-sales meetings and delivering BVA projects for enterprise clients
- Ability to present and facilitate workshops especially in partnership with Microsoft
- Collaboration experience with Cybersecurity Data Governance and Change Management teams
- Skills in calculating ROI and TCO for AI/Copilot projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies especially Microsoft solutions
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and proactively identifying client needs
- Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Copilot M365 and Microsoft 365 E3/E5 certifications
- Knowledge of Change Management methodology
- Experience with clients in financial energy or retail sectors
- Participation in international PwC/Microsoft projects (e.g. ECIF GSI MTCA).
