Job Summary
Position: Sales Manager
Location: East Chicago IN

Responsibilities: The Sales Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and growing an expanding business with a strong emphasis on sales customer experience and branch leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who can stabilize the branch develop account managers and drive new business in the manufacturing construction and industrial markets. The manager will oversee P&L sales and customer relationships with an uncapped bonus potential.
- 3-5 years of proven success in construction manufacturing or industrial equipment sales
- Strong leadership mindset with ability to coach and develop greener sales reps while also driving individual sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to turn a branch around and grow it into a market leader
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; ability to learn ERP and inspection software
- Budget management is a plus
