Job Title: Engineering Admin Assistant

Reports to: NPI Engineering Manager

Part-Time

Gunnison UT 84634

Position Summary

Works with Engineering and Manufacturing to set up new parts in the ERP system. Audits existing BOMs for accuracy and updates as necessary. Updates inventory transaction locations. Communicates changes back to the team.

Required Outcomes

Create SKUs and UPCs in the ERP system.
Does Part Maintenance in the ERP system.
Build part masters for Job travelers.
Audits job travelers for accuracy.
Standardize data input and descriptions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Create new SKUs and UPCs
Create Engineering Masters for new products.
Update and Standardize Part descriptions.
Set up part traceability in ERP.
Regularly audit existing part masters for accuracy.
Create standard part descriptions.

Application Requirements

Possesses at a minimum a strong understanding of Excel and the Microsoft suite of applications.
The ability to focus on a task for long periods of time and see it to completion.
Strong 10 key and typing skills.
Demonstrate good clear communication practices.
