About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in the communications field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between our organization and our clients ensuring that messages are delivered clearly and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to client questions and concerns.
- Assist in the development of communication materials including newsletters social media posts and press releases.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective communication plans.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs to ensure timely follow-ups and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using standard office software including MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
