Job Description
- 担当エリアの施設および顧客に対し製品並びに対象疾患の知識データを適切に用いてギリアドの製品に関する適正使用情報を提供する医薬情報担当者としての職務です
- オムニチャネル活動の推進により担当医師の訪問頻度とカバー率などのアクティビティ目標や主要KPIを達成し主たる施設や医師を対象に良好な関係を構築し発展させ年次予算目標を達成することが責務となります
- 事業本部計画に基づき担当エリアに於ける治療上の課題を的確に捉えビジネス機会の特定を行いながら担当地区のエリアプランを策定し上長マーケティング部門等関連部門との意思疎通を積極的に図りイベント運営およびサポートを含めて担当製品の適正使用推進に繋がる活動を行うことが期待されています
- 精算といった事務業務が含む活動報告業務および有害事象品質異常等の製品安全性に関わる業務を遅滞なく遂行しいかなる場面でも社内外の規範或いは各省庁から求められる法令順守を徹底した上で業務を遂行することが求められます
- Responsible for providing information on the proper use of Gileads products to facilities and customers in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and key activity KPIs such as frequency of visits and coverage of assigned territory by promoting omni-channel activities building and developing positive relationships with target Drs.
- Based on the business unit plan expected to formulate area plans while accurately identifying therapeutic issues and business opportunities actively communicate with supervisor the marketing department and other related departments and conduct activities to promote the proper use of the products including event management and support.
- Required to carry out activities reporting work which includes administrative work such as accounting and work related to product safety such as adverse events and quality irregularities without delay and to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and laws and regulations required by various ministries in all situations.

- Based on the policies of the business unit set priorities within the assigned territory autonomously consider the volume of activities required and the medical personnel to be interviewed in order to achieve the goals and create and execute action plans.(Should have the potential to demonstrate a level of ability to open accounts and conduct informational activities at university hospitals and core hospitals with the guidance of a supervisor.)
- Required not only to deliver product-related messages but also to understand the needs of physicians and healthcare professionals through listening and then to implement effective initiatives that will lead to the promotion of the appropriate use of the products as a representative of a territory.
- Must always be aware of Patient Centricity and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information that will not only improve sales performance but also lead to risks.
- Required to carry out their tasks with a strong will to accomplish them even in the face of difficult situations to execute them speedily in order to achieve their goals and to always keep in mind teamwork by reporting communicating and consulting with team members.
- Must have a high level of mindset and skills to promote omni-channel activities including digital approaches and provide information in a timely and effective manner with a willingness to take on challenges and flexibility to proactively lead change.
- Must quickly acquire and constantly update your knowledge to understand what your customers are talking about (products diseases medical systems etc.) and to be able to propose solutions and are also expected to make effective use of training opportunities provided by the company and actively engage in self-learning.
Specific Education and Experience Requirements
- 学士号を有していることライフサイエンスもしくはビジネス系の専門が望ましい
- 最低2年間以上の製薬業界の営業経験があること
- オンコロジー領域における業務経験またはスペシャリティ領域での業務経験があれば望ましい
- 優良営業成績例えば営業成績に伴う受賞例があれば望ましい
- MR認定資格保有直近4年以内のMR資格保有歴があり入社後MR認定資格を更新可能な方
- Bachelors degree (life science or business specialization preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
- Experience working in oncology or in a specialty area is preferred.
- Superior sales performance: e.g. any examples of awards received associated with sales performance would be desirable.
- Possess MR certification. (Must have held MR certification within the last 4 years and be able to renew MR certification after joining the company.)
