Nonclinica Project Specialist

職務の目的

• 開発薬剤の特性について非臨床薬理薬物動態及び毒性の観点から科学的な評価を行うそして国内開発戦略の立案に携わり各種規制要件を満たす資料の作成及び当局対応を担い国内臨床試験の実施及び承認申請取得に貢献するまた国内市販薬について非臨床の観点から適切な情報を提供し薬剤の適正使用に貢献する更にこれらのことを達成するために既存の情報及び知見を最大限に活用し国内事情を踏まえてセントラルとの協議を行い日本を含むグローバルの視点で合意した方針に従い上記活動を展開する

業務内容

• 海外本社の関係部門と密接な連携を取り日本を含むグローバル的な視点で合意した方針に従い国内関連部門との調整も行い以下の非臨床分野の業務を展開する
  • 国内開発戦略立案国内開発上のリスク評価対面助言資料作成照会事項回答作成
  • 国内臨床試験のサポート治験薬概要書作成照会事項回答作成その他の関連資料試験計画書の一部作成サポート
  • 承認申請業務CTDモジュール2.4及び2.6作成照会事項回答作成適合性書面調査対応
  • 各種資材作成添付文書インタビューフォーム等の作成

• 業務全般及び組織運営にかかわる以下の活動を担う
  • 各種プロジェクトに及ぼす影響を考慮した対応リスクマネージメントの実践
  • 担当プロジェクト業務の予算及びリソースの管理
  • 業務遂行能力専門的技能等の向上を目的としたメンバーの指導教育

• 担当業務の課題に対して国内外の関係者と連携しながらその解決に向けた活動を牽引する

必要な条件Basic Qualification

スキル Skill

• 非臨床分野特に薬理と毒性の業務遂行に必要な以下の知識能力
  • 科学的論理的妥当性が保証された治験薬事関連資料治験薬概要書対面助言資料申請資料等及び照会事項回答を作成できる高度な文書作成能力日本語
  • 非臨床分野に関する国内規制要件の理解
  • 関連規制要件及び国内薬事審査の動向等に基づき国内開発上のリスク非臨床データの充足性の評価等の特定及び対応策を検討実践できる能力
  • 社内外国内外の関係者と良好な関係性を構築し円滑に業務に取り組める能力
  • マネージメントスキル業務目標管理リスク管理メンバー育成指導

経験 Experience

• 製薬企業における医薬品開発業務の経験5年以上及び非臨床分野の薬事対応について責任を果たす部署での実務経験5年以上若しくは同等の経験
• 上記各種資料特にCTD対面助言資料及び照会事項回答の作成経験特に薬理毒性分野
• 非臨床分野の案件に関する対面助言面談の経験
• 医薬品の承認申請対応の実務経験非臨床分野の担当者として
• 低分子医薬品及びバイオ医薬品の両者の申請に携わった経験少なくとも2品目ずつ
• 大学や研究所において実験動物を用いた研究薬物動態や毒性試験に従事した経験

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• 医学薬学獣医学ライフサイエンス分野の修士号又は博士号
• 海外担当者とコミュニケーションを取り支障なく業務を展開できる英語力メールや文書ときに会議において確実なコミュニケーション意思疎通ができる
• 日本語高度な文書作成能力及び確実なコミュニケーション意思疎通ができる

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

スキル Skill

• 免疫炎症疾患及びオンコロジー分野の薬剤開発経験
• 細胞生物学分子生物学生化学遺伝学等の知識
