Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physics curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the specific needs of students.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that facilitate student learning and understanding.
- Deliver effective and clear instruction through lectures demonstrations and hands-on activities making complex concepts accessible to students.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments quizzes exams and assignments.
- Provide additional help to students who are struggling with the material offering one-on-one assistance and tailored resources.
- Supervise and guide students in laboratory experiments emphasizing safety and proper scientific practices.
- Keep parents/guardians informed about student progress through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in physics education attend workshops and engage in continuous professional development.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to physics such as science clubs or competitions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate inPhysics/Sciencewith.(mandatory).
- 25 yearsof teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong subject knowledge ofphysics and general science concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in usingdigital tools and smart boardsfor teaching.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
