Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive Ipswich or Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A full-service regional law firm offering the right candidate the opportunity in time to build a team with support
Role
- Managing your own caseload with support from the Partners and the wider team
- Assist with the development of long term client relationships
- Attend business development activities on behalf of the team and on behalf of the firm
- Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
- Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients
- Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions including sales purchases remortgages and transfers of equity
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years experience in a similar and comparable environment
- Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
