ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Support the execution of relevant transition services activities in support of Suvinil integration
Evaluate and develop TSA exit strategy for various cross-functional workstreams
Anticipate hurdles and drive meaningful discussions to remove barriers before they become problems
Align key stakeholders to support critical integration activities balancing and re-prioritizing along the way
Support business process governance to ensure that the right decisions and actions are taken to enhance future business services performance and process changes
Support and operationalize supply chain finance AR factoring and other treasury and credit related activity
Planning and growth of future state Brazilian credit union activity to ensure continuity of operations
Support communication and collaboration between EFS SBS and enterprise finance teams and liaises with the Suvinil integration team
Support Global Process Owner maturity through continued collaboration
QualificationsRequired Knowledge & Experience:
15 years experience in finance and operational roles of increasing responsibility
Working knowledge of the Brazilian business services landscape
Accountable for understanding and advocating for integration objectives
Brings strong business knowledge and functional depth of respective area to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Have large project and or major system implementation experience
Possess strong working knowledge of finance systems data and reporting
Strong working knowledge of Business Services organizations and related resourcing
Excellent oral and written communication skills relaying ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Exceptional ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority
Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements
Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment
Senior leadership level communication skills with ability to lead persuade and motivate to effect organizational change
Language skills: Fluency in Portuguese Spanish & English
Knowledge of LATAM enterprise operations with focus on Brazil
