About the Position:

Best Chevroletis seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Advisor / Internal Advisorto join our growing service department. This is a key dual-role position that combines customer service and administrative support to ensure our Quick Lube lane runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Quick Lube Advisor Duties:

Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs
Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes filter replacements etc.)
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy

Internal Clerk Duties:

Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system
Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles.
Manage new and used vehicle inspection reports and provide estimates to the sales managers
Perform general office support for the service and management teams

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience (preferred but not required)
Proficiency with computers and office software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
