SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing daily activities like repairs cleaning routines service in the press and also track the work orders in the ERP implemented in Tool Room (Mold Shop).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and complete the work orders
Track red zone
Properly use hand tools.
Bring support to the process team.
Repair tools
Clean the tools before sending them to the machine.
Preventive maintenance routine and documentation
Properly use tool shop equipment
5Ss in the tool room and tool shop
Storage tools in racks.
May perform other reasonable related business duties.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent plus at least 6 years of machine shop experience which includes CAD or equivalent OR- Apprenticeship Program or certification from technical school and 4 years of experience as described above.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules blue prints operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense logical understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee will work in close quarters and may occasionally be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals risk of electrical shock loud machinery and vibration. The employee may regularly work near moving mechanical parts and be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
