Job Description
This position is a 6-month temp/contract role located in Colorado Springs CO 80919.
The End User Support Specialist provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure productivity.
What youll do:
- Responsible for the installation configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers peripheral equipment and software
- Troubleshoot and respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems
- Typically resolve issues referred by Helpdesk Support
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines
The ideal candidate:
- Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
- Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
- Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
- Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations generally within own team
- Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
- Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
What youll bring:
- 2 years of experience in desktop and remote support
- Advanced Office 365 support
- ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems
- Networking fundamentals
- Advanced knowledge and support for Windows 10/11 network printers
- High school diploma
- Azure AD and advanced networking skills (nice to have)
- Certifications (nice to have)
Start Date: October 27 2025 Pay Rate: $31.00/hourly Location Type: 100% onsite
