• Serve as the primary point of contact for all reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Conduct the initial customer meeting following estimator review ensuring alignment on project requirements and expectations.
  
  
• Provide ongoing progress updates maintaining a clear and consistent line of communication.
  
  
• Perform final walkthroughs with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
  
  

• Partner with the Remote Estimator to review project documentation and scope requirements.
  
  
• Conduct on-site inspections when documentation review indicates additional field verification is necessary.
  
  
• Discuss and document all change orders or supplemental work with the Estimator ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
  

• Oversee subcontractor activities on assigned projects ensuring quality safety and adherence to scope.
  
  
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and crews addressing field challenges as they arise.
  
  
• Maintain accurate job site documentation including photos progress notes and customer updates.
  
  
• Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the project schedule.
  
  

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan project scheduling logistics and resource allocation.
  
  
• Identify and communicate any potential delays conflicts or resource needs in advance.
  
  
• Ensure subcontractors and materials are in place to meet project deadlines.
  
  

• Monitor workmanship and project progress to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
  
  
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers documenting approvals and resolving punch-list items.
  
  
• Ensure all required documentation change orders and supplemental approvals are completed prior to project closeout.
  
  

• Provide updates to the Operations Manager on project progress challenges and scheduling needs.
  
  
• Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions project adjustments and field notes.
  
  
• Support the Reconstruction Department Manager and Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
