Job Description:

Individual will be responsible for working with each region and large business producer to handle large renewals ($300k in premium). This position will allow our current large business producers to offload their growing renewal book increasing capacity for focus on new business. The candidate under consideration has both the experience and aptitude to manage a sizable book alongside production teams.

Original producers will still be the assigned AE in AIM and will receive commission on bound renewals as part of their normal compensation structure. This position will be 100% salary with a bonus structure that is tied to their renewal retention results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meet with regional producers regularly to identify high profile renewals 90 days out that will need to be handled by this role

  • Work with producers to develop plans for reaching out to the agent determining goals and objectives for a successful renewal identifying competition developing internal marketing plan and outlining what submission materials are needed

  • Present renewal terms to the retail agent collectively with regional producers

  • Negotiate changes or improved terms after receiving feedback from producer and retail agent

  • Individual will handle the bulk of the renewal process while consulting with the original producer on any issues or unfavorable renewal terms

Compensation:

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $110000-$115000 with additional bonus opportunity and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
