Job Summary

Job description

  1. This position is open for both Freshers and Experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our financial products and services.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries objections and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends market conditions and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • High level of self-motivation persistence and resilience in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of BFSI products/services.

  • Work Days:5 days a week

  • Salary:40k
