Job description
- This position is open for both Freshers and Experienced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our financial products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries objections and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends market conditions and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication active listening and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- High level of self-motivation persistence and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of BFSI products/services.
- Work Days:5 days a week
- Salary:40k
