Student Assistant, Corporate Development

As a Junior Analyst youll be at the forefront of shaping our companys success by harnessing the power of market intelligence competitor intel and disruption scans. Youll have a driving strength behind our strategic decision-making and recommendations to our executive management as well as our Board of Directors.

You will report to the Head of Corporate Development and work closely with the rest of the Corporate Development team the Executive Leadership Team and senior managers across the organisation. You will contribute across a range of strategic topics within the realm of Corporate Strategy M&A Commercial Partnerships Market Intelligence and Growth Opportunity Exploration. You can expect to work based out of Copenhagen 15-20 hours/week with flexibility around exam periods.

What Youll Do

Your mission will be to gather analyse and interpret data from a myriad of sources transforming it into actionable insights. Your keen eye for detail and knack for trendspotting will ensure that we remain in pole position anticipating market shifts and making informed and well-analysed recommendations. You will be delivering powerful presentations to the Board of Directors so your communication skills will be put to the test as you distil complex information into captivating narratives painting a vivid picture of the competitive landscape and market trends - all this with support and backup from your team!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Market intel competitor intel and disruption scan
• Keeping up with the latest developments in business tools such as LLMs
• Presentations towards executive management and our Board of Directors
• Support on projects across Corporate Development
• Ad hoc analyses for the executive management our CEO and the BoD

Your new team

The Corporate Development team is a newly created department within Nilfisk with the purpose of realizing our growth ambitions and support the global business through M&A value creation and corporate development activities. The team works closely together with lots of room for sparring. The department is small however there are plenty of stakeholders throughout the business that the department is working closely with. All team members are in the HQ which is located in brand new buildings with a sea view next to Nordhavn St.

We furthermore imagine that you have a great passion for market- and competitor intelligence disruption scans and growth projects.
