As Learning & Development Lead International you will take on a dynamic role that connects you with colleagues across many areas of our business. You will showcase the impact that Learning & Development brings to CWS and play a key role in empowering our employees to reach their full potential. This is a rewarding position where you can actively shape the future of people development within our organization.
Taking on a central role as Leadership Customer and Change Lead within the Learning & Development team driving strategic initiatives across these key focus areas
Acting as a strategic business partner to identify training needs and support change initiatives across departments
Designing and delivering leadership development programs for first- and second-line leaders including onboarding and development for tenured employees
Applying a Train the Trainer approach to enable scalable program delivery in local languages
Developing customer service training aligned with brand standards covering tone of voice conversation structure and conflict resolution
Creating and facilitating compact change management workshops that help leaders guide their teams through transformation.
Building modular training solutions that blend theory practical tools and behavioral guidance
Supporting the Head of Learning & Development with talent and performance initiatives such as employee reviews and development programs
3 years experience in L&D leadership development or related fields
Expertise in leadership development learning methodologies facilitation and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of change management and organizational transformation with hands-on experience in guiding people through transitions
Experience with HR service platforms (Workday desirable) LMS and e-learning tools (e.g. TTS)
Solid awareness of digital and learning technologies keeping up to date with current trends and innovations
High credibility strong emotional intelligence and an inclusive mindset enabling you to engage with diverse audiences at all levels
Confident presence in both classroom and virtual training environments able to inspire and motivate learners
Curious creative and innovative with a passion for learning
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as German Dutch or French are a strong advantage in our international environment
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe supporting collaboration and connection across our international teams
