THE ROLE
Weve been running sharp for over a decade. Loyal Clients. Trusted delivery. Momentum built on Macs.
Were looking for a Support Engineer to join our small trusted team. Youll be side-by-side with our existing support engineers ensuring Client issues are solved quickly systems stay reliable and productivity is never interrupted.
This role is process-driven and would suit a graduate-level IT professional a part-time IT student with strong Apple skills or an engineering graduate with IT certifications.
If youre adaptable competent and love small teams where humour and flexibility are just as important as technical skill youll fit right in.
THE IMPACT YOULL CREATE
In this role your performance will directly:
Drive productivity minimise downtime by resolving issues accurately and in a timely manner
Guarantee quality follow processes and deliver reliable fixes
Build trust be accountable consistent and professional in every interaction
Increase efficiency streamline how we deliver support so Clients feel IT just works
On-Brand client delivery experience at every touchpoint
Contribute improvements spot patterns share insights and strengthen our workflows
WHO YOU ARE
Strong troubleshooting skills across Apple macOS/iOS user accounts and basic networking
Calm clear communicator who can explain technical issues in human-friendly language
Comfortable following checklists processes and service workflows with accuracy
Confident running onboarding sessions and helping Clients remotely or onsite
Flexible creative and collaborative
Graduate-level early-career or student eager to learn and grow
WHAT YOULL BRING
A strong interest and skills in IT ideally with Apple/Mac technical experience (certifications a bonus)
Confidence troubleshooting Mac software and networking issues
The ability to follow process document work and close the loop on every support request
A professional Client-first approach youll often be the first point of contact for our Clients
