Insert Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Lynnfield MA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

About the Role
MMC is seeking a motivated Insert Operator to join our client production this role youll operate and maintain inserting machines to meet production goals while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate inserter machines at approved speeds and quality levels.
- Clear jams and correct minor equipment problems to maintain workflow.
- Organize tasks and resources to minimize downtime between jobs.
- Set up equipment to ensure documents are processed accurately.
- Monitor run times to meet production schedules.
- Balance and reconcile jobs while completing required paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with leads technicians and supervisors regarding production status or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
Additional Duties
- Operate multiple inserter types (Evolution MSE EPIC).
- Process a variety of products including letters and flats.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance adjustments and repairs.
- Cross-train team members on multiple inserter types for coverage needs.
- Contact maintenance technicians for advanced repairs when required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Frequent walking climbing bending pushing pulling and stooping in a production environment.
