Job Summary
Our client is seeking to hire a NetSuite ERP & Salesforce CRM Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration maintenance and continuous improvement of our clients enterprise systems. This role will serve as the primary system administrator for both platforms ensuring data integrity user access control business process optimization and system integrations. Working closely with IT Sales Finance Operations and external partners this position will support ongoing digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities & Duties
System Administration & Maintenance
- Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite ERP Salesforce CRM and associated systems.
- Manage user roles permissions and system access in alignment with security policies.
- Perform routine system audits and data quality checks.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades or patches as needed.
Configuration & Optimization
- Customize workflows fields dashboards reports and automation tools.
- Implement and maintain approval processes lead routing and custom forms.
- Align system features with evolving business requirements through continuous improvement.
Data Management & Integration
- Support data migration cleanup and deduplication efforts.
- Ensure synchronization between NetSuite Salesforce Shopify SPS Commerce and Power BI.
- Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and maintain integration pipelines (e.g. Celigo).
