Overview
Empath Health is seeking a detail-oriented process-focused Quality Improvement Specialist join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Bradenton FL to help advance our commitment to exceptional care through data-driven insights collaboration and continuous improvement. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our programs and services meet regulatory requirements exceed quality standards and reflect best practices that benefit our patients families and community.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills a deep understanding of healthcare quality measures and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with auditing compliance reviews and data analysis paired with a passion for improving systems is highly valued.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique care model designed to help older adults remain independent and safe in their own homes.

What Youll Do
- Monitor analyze and report on quality metrics to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audits compliance reviews and performance improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the development implementation and tracking of corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards ensuring organizational compliance with federal state and accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of safety quality and continuous learning.

Position Requirements
- Degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Public Health or related field
- 24 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement compliance or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g. PDSA Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with quality management software a plus.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
