The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique care model designed to help older adults remain independent and safe in their own homes.

What Youll Do
- Monitor analyze and report on quality metrics to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audits compliance reviews and performance improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the development implementation and tracking of corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards ensuring organizational compliance with federal state and accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of safety quality and continuous learning.

Position Requirements
- Degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Public Health or related field
- 24 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement compliance or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g. PDSA Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with quality management software a plus.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
