A Food Server/Cashier is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

This position is AM shift. The pay range for this position is $16-18 hourly based on experience skills and qualifications.

What will I be doing

As a Food Server/Cashier you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Accurately total process and collect payments from guests to include but not limited to using the point-of-sale system handling money processing credit and debit cards making change and processing gift certificates and cards
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
• Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
• Brew sell promote and prepare non-alcoholic beverage items according to established recipes and standards
