Job Summary
Pay Transparency: $40000 $45000 annually plus commission eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with product details pricing and quotes for parts.
Enter and process parts orders accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to parts and service.
Proactively pursue parts sales when needed.
Perform inside sales duties to support business growth.
Collaborate with regional parts and service sales representatives.
Source current part information and pricing for accurate quotations.
Assist with other duties assignments and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematics.
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Experience with vacuum and water blasting products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
