As a Seasonal Specialist Financial Products Operations you will work in the Brooklyn Park facility and provide back-office support to our guests TES service centers external vendors and agencies and business partners by researching reviewing and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner. These requests are related to Financial Products account maintenance collection processes payment inquiries and legal documents such as subpoenas and affidavits. You will be responsible for clearly understanding and abiding by all policies and procedures and adhering to strict data security guidelines and compliance regulations while achieving performance and service level goals utilizing strong time management and attention to detail. We also convert paper checks and coupons sent weekly from our stores sorting and filing the Sales media from Target Stores and imaging the checks for long term retention and retrieval. Youll ensure proper destruction of this media based on Targets retention guidelines.
