Job Summary

Job Title: Administrator (Facilities Manager)
Location: Patuxent River MD
Clearance:Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance

Position Overview: Black Bear Technology is seeking a qualified Administrator (Facilities Manager) to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety security and functionality of our physical work environment allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations ofBlack Bear Technologysfacilities including 0ffice spaces equipment and amenities.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical and security systems.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Pr0cure and manage vendor relationships for facility services including janitorial landscaping and security services.
Monitor and manage facility budgets including forecasting and cost control measures.
Oversee space planning and utilization to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support office expansions relocations or renovations as needed.
Conduct Regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards.
Maintain Accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and expenditures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in facilities management business administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management or related role with at least 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures including HVAC plumbing electrical and security systems.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive appr0ach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software preferred.
