Compensation: $115000 $165000 annually up to $18000 sign-on bonus paid relocation
Employment Type: Full-Time (36 hours/week)
Shifts: Variable (day and night openings available)
Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Richland WA. The PCU serves as a surgical step-down unit providing intermediate-level care for patients who require more monitoring than a general surgical floor but do not need intensive care. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative and medically complex patients requiring intermediate care.
Perform advanced assessments telemetry monitoring and titration of specialized medications.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
Ensure safe and effective patient transitions including admissions transfers and discharges.
Educate patients and families regarding treatments recovery and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience required.
Active Washington RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong clinical skills including telemetry and post-surgical care.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $115000 $165000 annually.
Up to $18000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates.
