About the team

Wolt for Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt and we have ambitious plans to massively accelerate this growth. Our mission is simple: we want to bring the same great user experience that Wolt is known for to business users around the world. Through Wolts established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners Wolt for Work enables businesses to boost their employees happiness no matter where they are working promote camaraderie in teams and save time and effort running office events. We are already live in 16 of Wolts 23 countries with no plans to slow down.

The Senior Account Manager for Wolt for Work plays a critical role in scaling a profitable and strategically important vertical within Wolt.
By managing and growing corporate partnerships across all company tiersfrom SMBs to large enterprisesthe Senior Account Manager strengthens Wolts position in the B2B space. The role bridges local market leadership with the central team offering opportunities to influence product development and share best practices across the 15 live WfW markets.

What youll be doing

The Senior Account Manager owns theend-to-end client relationship post-acquisition ensuring that customers see long-term value in Wolt for Work.

This includes:

  • Ongoing Account Management:

    • Building and nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers.

    • Acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the benefits of Wolt for Work.

    • Proactively promoting engagement and activity across client accounts.

  • Growth & Retention: Identifying upsell opportunities expanding account usage and securing long-term client retention.

  • Problem-Solving & Support: Supporting clients with their needs troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Product Marketing Operations and Customer Support to align solutions address client feedback and improve the WfW offering.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing client data to uncover opportunities prioritize focus areas and guide account strategies.
