Job Description

Location: Gorgonzola Italy

Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Groups Competence center for the design production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

Main Tasks:

  • To support the PMO in collecting key information and data from relevant stakeholders for both bids and ongoing business projects;
  • To ensure data entry alignment between multiple files for business/delivery scheduling and reporting tools like Primavera in support of Bids & Projects activities;

Detailed Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To interview bid managers and project managers on a weekly basis in order to collect key bid (Gate 1 2 3 award lost submitted ) and project milestones (FAT SAT Training Shipment Delivery ) statuses or issues and to enter them into dedicated web tools and Excel files including Primavera;
  • To maintain end-to-end data in management information systems tracking databases and reporting tools to deliver timely and accurate reports based on collected information ensuring updates and consistency with the demand plan and S&OP;
  • To ensure accurate information like status milestone dates and actions between Bids and Projects activities making sure all relevant columns and fields are properly filled-in.

Hard & Soft Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with special expertise in Excel spreadsheets including Pivot. VBA macros programming and PowerBI would be a plus;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people especially under pressure and strict deadlines;
  • Ability to prioritize simultaneous demands and handle delivery challenges; Proactivity independence and creativity in solving problems;
  • Willingness to learn and to work while paying attention to details.

Experience & Education:

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel spreadsheets and key functionalities like Pivot and PowerBI;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like OCM SAP etc. would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus;
  • High School Certificate (Diploma Perito Commerciale - Ragioneria);
  • a Bachelors Degree (3 years) in Economics or scientific subjects is a plus;
  • Knowledge of English and Italian is mandatory.
