Position Summary
We are looking for a highly driven IT Project Manager to join our outstanding Corporate IT organization. This exceptional role supports Global Trade Compliance Legal Applications and Services and broader Technology Services for our corporate business partners and users worldwide.
The Senior IT Project Manager for GBS & Legal will connect business partners with IT teams guaranteeing well-planned projects aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Trade Compliance Legal and Corporate business leaders to determine IT project requirements and synchronize technology solutions with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives from requirements gathering and planning through execution testing deployment and support.
- Apply structured project management methodologies and guidelines to ensure successful delivery of scope schedule cost and quality objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users ensuring clear communication alignment and expectation management.
- Manage project risks issues and dependencies while proactively finding opportunities for process and service improvements.
- Ensure effective use of IT governance processes and tools across the portfolio of assigned projects.
- Provide ongoing technology services and support to corporate functions and end users ensuring reliability compliance and user happiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Business or related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in managing IT projects with a preference for those involving legal compliance or corporate applications and services.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and practices (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
- Shown capability to function efficiently within a matrixed worldwide organization.
- Superb communication and team member coordination proficiencies establishing positive relationships throughout the organization.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with global trade compliance systems legal tools or enterprise corporate technology platforms would be advantageous.
