Salary: OTE 100000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Our client a dynamic and forward-thinking Estate and Lettings Agency group is seeking a driven Prestige Valuer / Manager to strengthen their team in Woking.
The role requires an accomplished property professional with proven success in winning instructions generating business and managing high-value sales while also mentoring and motivating colleagues to achieve their full potential.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct valuations and win new instructions for prestige properties
- Drive sales performance and exceed ambitious targets
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from instruction to completion
- Manage mentor and develop a high-performing branch team
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven residential sales experience
- Strong background in valuations and listing
- Track record of instruction winning and business generation
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Woking property market and surrounding areas
- Customer-focused target-driven and highly motivated
- Well-presented with excellent spoken and written English
- Full UK driving licence
