Are you organised proactive and passionate about delivering excellent service bpha is looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and help us provide outstanding business and facilities support to all our employees.
What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for colleagues visitors and deliveries at our office.
Ensure smooth office operations: manage correspondence set up meeting rooms and keep our facilities running efficiently.
Support contract management and central purchasing maintaining essential stocks and liaising with suppliers.
Process invoices accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with our procedures.
Coordinate document management and support data subject access requests (DSARs).
Deliver a customer-focused service responding to requests and solving problems with a positive can-do attitude.
What Were Looking For
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Flexible adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasksincluding some lifting and moving of office equipment.
Good written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to service delivery.
Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths grade C or above.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a customer-focused office support role.
Experience working in a team to achieve shared goals.
