Full time (37 hours per week)

Are you organised proactive and passionate about delivering excellent service bpha is looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and help us provide outstanding business and facilities support to all our employees.

What Youll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues visitors and deliveries at our office.

  • Ensure smooth office operations: manage correspondence set up meeting rooms and keep our facilities running efficiently.

  • Support contract management and central purchasing maintaining essential stocks and liaising with suppliers.

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with our procedures.

  • Coordinate document management and support data subject access requests (DSARs).

  • Deliver a customer-focused service responding to requests and solving problems with a positive can-do attitude.

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

  • IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

  • Flexible adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasksincluding some lifting and moving of office equipment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to service delivery.

  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths grade C or above.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused office support role.

  • Experience working in a team to achieve shared goals.
