About the Role:
In the role of Operations Coordinator youll be the go-to person for making sure our wind inspections run smoothly. Its a chance to be right at the heart of what we do ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the high standards our clients expect from us.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency making sure our pilots and customers always have a great experience with Zeitview.
- Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots helping them through our online training program and setting them up for success.
- Make sure everythings ready for our pilots before they arrive on site ensuring we deliver our projects on time.
- Tackle any issues that come up on the fly and make sure our clients receive the highest standard of quality and service.
- Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs they have and help iron out any project issues.
- Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.
- Maintain a pulse on the wind industry.
- Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard.
- Juggle multiple projects keeping in touch with pilots in the field and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges.
- Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates using a mix of spreadsheets and software.
Qualifications:
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) Slack Coda and Asana.
- Familiarity with the wind industry including specific equipment and access requirements is a nice-to-have.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ideally also Turkish); ability to communicate with customers pilots and internal teams.
