At Socialpoint we are delighted to be seeking an Operations Manager to join our team on a temporary basis covering a maternity leave.

What Youll do:

Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with partners vendors etc.
Ensure operations are carried on in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Streamline processes and initiate best practices.
Coordinate with different teams to foster the exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.

What You Bring:

Senior-level experience (6 years).
Strong background in CM CS and coordination.
Experience with organic growth (retention/reactivation) and reporting.
High execution and project management skills.
Creative and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency with contracts decks forecasts and pipeline management.
Background in licensing advertising and platform partnerships is a plus.
