As one of Australias leading NDIS providers we are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Disability Team Leader to lead our Supported Independent Living placements for young people in out-of-home care. About the Role

As a Youth Disability Team Leader you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support to young people with complex needs in 24/7 residential placements. Youll lead a team of Youth Disability Workers ensuring safe nurturing environments that promote independence and wellbeing.

Youll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders manage operational compliance and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support staff in delivering trauma-informed person-centred care
  • Manage rostering performance and team development across 24/7 SIL placements
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex service delivery matters
  • Build strong relationships with young people families and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS child safety and organisational policies
  • Promote a positive team culture and drive continuous improvement

What Youll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years experience in case management and/or leadership roles
  • Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and disability support frameworks
  • Experience managing multi-site or after-hours care services
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
