As one of Australias leading NDIS providers we are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Disability Team Leader to lead our Supported Independent Living placements for young people in out-of-home care. Based in Inala this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a dedicated team in delivering trauma-informed person-centred support.

About the Role
As a Youth Disability Team Leader you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support to young people with complex needs in 24/7 residential placements. Youll lead a team of Youth Disability Workers ensuring safe nurturing environments that promote independence and wellbeing.
Youll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders manage operational compliance and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff in delivering trauma-informed person-centred care
- Manage rostering performance and team development across 24/7 SIL placements
- Act as a key escalation point for complex service delivery matters
- Build strong relationships with young people families and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with NDIS child safety and organisational policies
- Promote a positive team culture and drive continuous improvement
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 4 years experience in case management and/or leadership roles
- Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and disability support frameworks
- Experience managing multi-site or after-hours care services
- Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
