Job Overview:

Are you a driven competitive and outgoing person Do you want to be in outside sales meeting face-to-face with decision-makers and building something from the ground up

At Synergis we connect top technology and creative talent with industry-leading companies. As a Associate Account Manager (AAM) youll be responsible for hunting new business building relationships with hiring managers and driving revenue growth.

This is a new business development rolenot account managementso youll be prospecting cold calling setting meetings and closing deals.

What Youll Be Doing:

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Own your territory and pipelineidentify research and target potential clients.
  • Engage decision-makers through cold calling LinkedIn outreach canvassing and email campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Pitch Synergis staffing solutions and establish long-term client relationships.

Sales Execution & Performance

  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls meetings and revenue targets.
  • Close new businessnegotiate contracts and secure job orders.
  • Work in the fieldvisit clients regularly to build relationships and drive opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline activity follow up on leads and manage your sales cycle.

  • Graduate to Account Executive once youve hit key performance benchmarks.
