Administrative Coordinator Global CVRM

Are you ready to fuel your ambition and break new ground We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join and support the Global CVRM Baxdrostat team. This is your chance to take on a challenging proactive and varied role within our team. Youll be supporting the VP Commercial and Global Franchise Head for Baxdrostat and their team across strategic locations in the US and UK. If you have excellent communication skills a proactive approach and enjoy working closely with others this opportunity is for you!
Accountabilities:
In this dynamic role youll manage extensive diaries coordinate internal and external meetings arrange virtual meetings and videoconferences and handle complex travel arrangements including visas. Youll organize and prepare materials for key meetings attend team and project meetings support agenda preparation take minutes and track actions. Youll collaborate with managers on budgets run monthly reports track T&E process expenses and raise purchase orders. As an expert user of business systems like MS Teams Coupa Concur Box and SharePoint youll be a professional point of contact for the department. With strong verbal written and interpersonal skills youll engage confidently across all levels of our organization building networks and supporting colleagues. Your influencing skills will help develop solutions and drive efficiencies. Working independently youll adapt to changing demands with flexibility.
